Jordan Roundtree

ANCC Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner

I earned my bachelor’s degree in nursing from Tennessee Tech University, where I met my wife, Tiffani. I completed my master’s degree with a specialization in psychiatric mental health from Walden University. My career began at Vanderbilt Psychiatric Hospital, where I worked on inpatient psychiatric units across the lifespan. I have also contributed to community mental health care at the Mental Health Cooperative in middle Tennessee, developing and implementing psychiatric treatment plans for individuals starting at age 5. My experience includes involvement in the MAT program and emergency psychiatric services, focusing on crisis diversion and detox protocols. More recently, I have been with the Nashville Brain Institute, specializing in holistic and organic psychiatric treatment, including Ketamine therapy, TMS, and supplementation protocols.

Tiffani Roundtree

ANCC Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner

I received both my bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Tennessee Tech University, specializing in family medicine. However, my career has largely been in mental health settings. I began at Ten Broeck, an inpatient psychiatric hospital in Cookeville, before moving to Vanderbilt Wilson County Hospital Mcfarland campus. Most recently, I worked at the U.S. Department of Veteran Affairs in Murfreesboro before taking time to care for our kids, Grayson and Haven. I’m excited to return to practice and help individuals become the best version of themselves. My passion lies in treating the whole person, recognizing the connection between physical and mental health, and improving both through diverse treatment modalities.

Lizz Urcinole

ANCC Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner

I am committed to delivering holistic, patient-centered care. My nursing journey began in 2017 with an Associate’s Degree in Nursing from Ocean County College, where I studied addiction counseling. I furthered my education by earning both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Nursing from Chamberlain University. Lizz has extensive experience in both inpatient psychiatric hospitalization and outpatient treatment settings, specializing in mood disorders, addiction recovery, and psychosis. My expertise allows me to develop comprehensive, individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s unique needs. I excel in one-on-one counseling, guiding individuals through the challenges of mental health and addiction recovery with compassionate, evidence-based care. In addition to traditional psychiatric interventions, I incorporate holistic approaches such as aromatherapy to support overall well-being and enhance therapeutic outcomes. My passion lies in empowering individuals to regain stability and improve their quality of life by addressing both their mental and physical health. By integrating conventional psychiatric care with holistic strategies, I strive to provide well-rounded, compassionate support to each patient on their journey to healing.

Juannashia Pride

Office Manager

I am thrilled to join Roundtree Mental Health Group as the Office Manager. With a solid foundation in Healthcare Administration, I am eager to contribute to the success of our team. I hold a degree in Medical Office Information/Billing & Coding from The Tennessee College of Applied Technology Hartsville and have been actively engaged in the healthcare administration field since 2016. My professional journey includes valuable experiences at Heritage Medical Associates and Cumberland Pediatric Associates, where I honed my skills in clerical work, billing and coding, and administration. These roles have equipped me with a comprehensive understanding of healthcare operations, which I am excited to leverage at Roundtree Mental Health Group to help achieve our organizational goals. On a personal note, I am happily married with two children and a dog. In my spare time, I enjoy being a dance mom, crafting, vacationing with my family, and engaging with the youth and young adults in my church. I am passionate about leadership and find joy in making a positive impact on those around me. I look forward to bringing my experience and enthusiasm to Roundtree Mental Health Group and contributing to our mission of excellence in mental health care.
